Maxsus Inc. - Roofing Division

Warrants our labor on leaks of a new replacement roof and repairs as follows:

1. LIMITED WARRANTY
Maxsus Inc. Warrants that the labor performed hereunder will be free from defects in workmanship, in respect to leakage, for period of 5 years from date of purchase. If the workmanship does not conform to this Limited warranty during the warranty period (as herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Maxsus Inc.in writing of the claimed defect and demonstrate to Maxsus Inc. within the warranty period, and the defects are such type and nature to be covered by this warranty, Maxsus Inc. shall, at it’s own expense, furnish repair services. A delay in reporting leakage will result in termination of this warranty. Shipping and installation of the replacement products or replacement parts shall be at buyer’s expense or under conditions of the manufacturers warranty.

2. OTHER LIMITS
THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. does not warrant against damages: or against defects in products or components not manufactured by Maxsus Inc. or against damage resulted in such non-manufactured made components or products. Manufacturer passes on to Buyer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker of such non-manufacturer made product or components. This warranty also does not apply to products upon which repairs have been effected by other this pursuant to written authorization by Maxsus Inc.

3. EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION
This warranty is exclusive. The sole and exclusive obligation of Maxsus Inc. shall be to repair, the damage due to installation neglect and for the period provided above. Maxsus Inc. shall not have ally other obligation with respect to the products or any part therefore, whether based on contract tort strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances whether based on this Limited warranty or otherwise, shall Maxsus Inc.be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.

4. OTHER STATEMENTS
Maxsus Inc. employees or representatives ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT- CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or limited warranty.

5. ENTIRE OBLIGATION
This Limited warranty states the entire obligation of Maxsus Inc. with respect to the labor regarding. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
