We have come to prefer working with the well known Certainteed product line & pricing structure to offer our clients the best rated product and value, but can fulfill any job request with custom quotes on all product lines, including GAF, Owens Corning, TAMKO, Atlas, & IKO upon request.

Shingle Color Selection Made Easy

Each product line we carry comes in a wide variety of styles and colors which we will be happy to provide you with samples strips of upon request but we encourage you to use our Certainteed Colorview Shingle Selector application to assist you in coming familiar with our preferred product lines available color range.

With each residential roofing project our services include:

  • A FREE ROOF INSPECTION which also includes inspection of collateral such as vents, ventilation systems, flashing, turtle backs, pipes, pipe boots, gutters, soffits, fascia, siding, and wood decking underlay.
  • Once we feel that your roof is qualified for replacement, we will meet your insurance adjuster at your home at no cost to you and participate in the adjuster’s review and point out damages that we have documented upon our initial inspection.
  • Professional diagram of your roof with a detailed damage report. We are currently working to train all of our consultants in the use of Acculynx, EagleView, Xactimate, HailWatch software applications to ensure we provide our clients and suppliers with precision estimates and storm information, maintaing legible diagrams and accurately priced estimates across the entire project process.
  • We will then work closely with the adjuster to establish the “scope of work” that the insurance company will pay for and go to battle for you negotiating the differences. Maxsus Inc. has solid working relationships with all major insurance companies which we leverage to ensure that your claim receives the maximum value replacement estimate that you, as a homeowner, are entitled to.
  • High quality construction work and materials. We do not use “toe-boards” during construction which can cause damage to roofs. We use ropes and harnesses to keep our construction employees safe. We even offer rock-climbing memberships to our contractors to keep them fit and nimble as part of their training.
  • A project supervisor on site at all times. A representative who can interact with the customer, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. Additionally, you will have constant access to your consultant who will continue his or her involvement throughout the construction process and will be available at all times to resolve any issues.
  • Quality clean-up procedures. We sweep clean the grass/lawn areas and driveways to pick up nails and other debris, and by hand we scour the bushes and landscaping areas to be sure all construction materials have been removed.
  • A temporary waste dumpster. Our dumpsters schedule to arrive the day of construction and be removed when the work is complete. In keeping with our environmental commitments, we have employed the services a GREEN dumpster company that recycles so you must see to it that your family and neighbors do not throw any extra refuse, trash, or broken household appliances into the dumpsters to avoid extra charges.
  • All work backed by our 5 Year Workmanship Warranty.
  • All materials backed by Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. (found on their individual websites)
  • Completion of the entire project in one to two days, tops. Most residential roofing projects are completed in one day, considering start times and weather conditions.
  • Friendly follow-up service. One of our customer care representatives will give you a call or send you an e-mail shortly after your project is complete to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and handle any unresolved issues. We may also at this time ask if you would like to fill out our customer satisfaction form and give us feedback for our review and growth as a company.
